About the course

This course is designed for those who want o discover the role of becoming a support worker who is specialized in contributing a service to the aged, either residential or community based environments.

　　You as a aging supporter service worker will take responsibility for their own actions within the defined guidelines of the organization you represent and maintain the standard and quality of service at all times from the development, facilitating and review of individualized service planning and delivery of service.
