Start a career in this rewarding health field. OTAs and PTAs work with people who have limited or impaired functionality due to injury, illness, disability or aging. Learn in a hands-on environment to develop the skills you need to work in clinical and community-based settings under the guidance and supervision of registered occupational therapists and physiotherapists. Learning outcomes represent culminating demonstrations of learning and achievement. In addition, learning outcomes are interrelated and cannot be viewed in isolation of one another. As such, they should be viewed as a comprehensive whole. They describe performances that demonstrate that significant integrated learning by graduates of the program has been achieved.
