About the course

Understanding how people think, feel and behave in the workplace is key to supporting individuals, getting the best out of teams, and enhancing an organisation’s efficiency and growth.

　　This programme is for students with a BPS accredited psychology undergraduate degree who want to deepen their knowledge in this specialist area, or gain Stage 1 of the Chartered Psychologist and Registered Occupational Psychologist qualification.

　　On the MSc Work Psychology, you’ll deepen your knowledge of the principles, models and theories of psychology. Crucially, you’ll develop your ability to apply them to a wide range of business issues including change management, employee selection, leadership and wellbeing. Exploring these topics in the context of contemporary issues such as AI, hybrid working and sustainability, you’ll leave brilliantly prepared to address some of the most pressing challenges facing organisations today and into the future. Extend and cement your skills through consultancy skills workshops, and gain experience that will give you the edge when applying for future roles by completing a research project in an area of your choice. How to apply

Entry requirements for Loughborough University

A British Psychological Society (BPS) accredited honours degree (2:1 or above) in Psychology or equivalent overseas qualification, and evidence of numerical proficiency demonstrated through some part of your first degree. Those with a 2:2 (or equivalent) and relevant work experience may be considered.,

　　TOEFL iBT: Overall score of 92, with not less than 22 in each test
