About the course

The MSc in Law and Finance is a programme offered by the Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS). This specialist programme will give you professional postgraduate training if you wish to advance your career in the City, government or elsewhere in the private sector. It is designed for students with an academic background in Law who want to learn more about finance and Financial students who want to learn more about financial regulations. You select from different relevant taught modules from both law and finance. You will also undertake independent, original research for your dissertation, which will focus on an analysis of the law and finance.
