About the course

The MSc Culinary Innovation Management, jointly delivered by Birkbeck and Le Cordon Bleu London Culinary Arts Institute, is designed to develop future leaders in the culinary arts and hospitality industry. Entry requirements for Birkbeck

A second-class honours degree in law or a related discipline in the humanities or social sciences.Our standard postgraduate entry requirement for international students is a second-class honours degree (2:2 or above) from a UK university or an equivalent international qualification.IELTS (Academic): overall score of 7.0, with 6.5 in each subtest and at least 7.0 in the Writing subtest.TOEFL (Internet Based Test): overall score of 94, with 19 in Reading, 20 in Listening, 20 in Speaking and 24 in Writing.
