Official copies of all undergraduate and graduate transcripts. By the time of admission, students should hold a four-year B.S. or B.A. If the degree is not in Physics, the graduate studies committee may impose additional requirements
Provide at least two letters of reference
Provide a Statement of Purpose why you are considering our M.S. degree program. The personal statement should include:
Specific reasons for applying to the Masters of Science Program in Physics at Wright State University,
A description of goals for graduate education, i.e. how do you hope a M.S. in Physics from Wright State will further your career, and
A list of potential faculty advisors of interest to the applicant. Applicants are encouraged to review any available research programs of Physics faculty found on-line or state other research interests.
The General GRE and Physics GRE test scores are optional and NOT required. Please send any test scores if you have them, but they are not required for admission
Indicate whether or not you will seek aid in form of a Graduate Teaching Assistantship
International applicants are required to submit official scores from either
the Test Of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or
the Internation English Language Testing System (IELTS)
