About the course

The MSCE Construction Management specialization requires completion of 30 units of graduate courses. Each student's program must satisfy all requirements of the university, college, and department, and contain the equivalent of 10 or more units of design, as determined by the department's graduate coordinator. During the first two weeks of the first semester as a CSULB graduate student, the student should schedule an advising appointment with the graduate coordinator, who will assign them to one of the Construction Management specialization faculty. Entry requirements for California State University - Long Beach

A bachelor's degree in an ABET accredited curriculum in civil engineering or a ly related engineering degree with a minimum GPA of 2.8, with the requirement that essential undergraduate prerequisites in civil engineering are satisfied,

　　The general Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is required and appropriate level of competency will be determined by the Department.

　　Graduate students must consult with the graduate advisor for information concerning procedures and requirements for appropriate approval of their courses of study prior to enrolling in their graduate programs.

　　The Graduation Writing Assessment Requirement (GWAR) must be met during the first semester in residence. Failure to attempt to fulfill the GWAR during the first semester will prevent registration in engineering courses in subsequent semesters. All transcripts/individual mark sheets from all institutions attended, Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Paper-based – 550, Internet-based (iBT) – 80, International English Language Testing System (IELTS) - 6.0 each sub-section
