The Master of Property is a professional degree to help develop your career in the property industry.

How to apply

Entry requirements for The University of Melbourne

You need to successfully complete an undergraduate degree, either from the University of Melbourne, another Australian institution. TOEFL IBT - 79, TOEFL PBT - 577, IELTS - 6.5. If you already have a three-year undergraduate degree in property, you can take a two-year program. If your first degree is not in property and you are making a career change, take the three-year program. Note that part-time study is only available to domestic students.
