The Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University offers five Master of Laws (LLM) Degrees in the areas of Global Antitrust, U.S. Law, Intellectual Property, Law & Economics, and Cyber, Intelligence & National Security Law.

With a lower student to faculty ratio, students receive individualized attention that helps them develop a strong U.S. legal system foundation and sit for a bar examination in the U.S. Designed for attorneys who intend to practice in the fields of patent, copyright and trademark, or technology law, Scalia Law’s comprehensive curriculum includes everything from basic courses in patent, copyright, trademark, and technology law, to enforcement, litigation and dispute resolution, among others. Students can learn study these issues broadly or choose to focus their studies in technology or patent law. Law graduates who seek to develop an expertise in economic analysis as applied to a variety of legal issues, should consider Scalia Law’s LLM in law and economics.Economics touches private law, intellectual property law, international business law, regulatory law and many other areas that students may wish to explore. Students will find that economic analysis of legal and policy issues is particularly instructive for Washington, DC careers. This degree provides students with in-depth study of cyber, intelligence, and national security issues, both established and developing, from the country's leading experts. Students will emerge as experts in navigating the existing and emerging policy, legal, and constitutional issues that are specific to cyber, intelligence, and national security law. The program will prepare graduates to work for government agencies, law firms, businesses, and public interest and policy organizations that are addressing the issues created by an increasingly connected and data-focused world. How to apply

Entry requirements for George Mason University - INTO USA

Either a United States JD from an ABA approved law school OR the equivalent to the United States JD from a foreign law school OR other experience outside the United States that is deemed acceptable by the director of the LLM program.

　　You must have earned a 3.00 GPA on a 4.00 scale or better in your baccalaureate study. The GPA requirement can be higher for individual graduate programs.

　　TOEFL: Minimum of 90 in the iBT test (100 or above highly preferred)

　　IELTS: Minimum of 6.5 (7.5 or above highly preferred)

　　Applicants with a JD from an ABA approved law school meet the language requirement.
