How to apply

Entry requirements for The University of Western Australia

To be considered for admission to this course an applicant must have—

　　(a)(i) a Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws, or equivalent as recognised by UWA, and

　　(ii) the equivalent of a UWA weighted average mark of at least 60 per cent,

　　or

　　(b) completed 24 points of the Graduate Diploma in Law of this University with a UWA weighted average mark of at least 60 per cent*.

　　*Credit for units completed in this course will only be given if the course is not conferred.

　　IELTS (Academic)- a minimum overall score of 7.0 with no band less than 6.5.

　　TOEFL - a minimum overall score of 580 (Paper-based) with a TWE of 5, or 100 (iBT) with minimum score of 28 in iBT Speaking and no less than 26 in the other sections
