The law plays an integral role in managing how each of these issues ? and countless more across the globe ? are analysed, evaluated and resolved. How to apply

Entry requirements for Macquarie University

AQF level 8 bachelor honours or graduate diploma qualification in a related field or recognised equivalent, or

  Meet two of the following three criteria:

  AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification in a related field or recognised equivalent

  Approved work experience, professional certification or other recognised prior learning

  AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification or recognised equivalent with a WAM of 65

  Professional experience includes experience in a legal position (working in a law firm or in government drafting policies, law clerk, judge, judges associate, any person that is actually involved in some process of drafting policies or supporting legal work)

  Academic IELTS of 6.5 overall with minimum 6.0 in each band, or equivalent.

  TOEFL iBT - 83 (reading 13 , writing 21 , listening 12 , speaking 18)
