About the course
Oregon Law's LL.M. Environmental and Natural Resources Law Track is ideal for anyone who would like to study environmental law in more depth. Graduates of this track have the option to go on to practice environmental law in private law firms, governmental bodies, non-governmental organizations, and academia. In this track you have the choice of a wide variety of ENR courses to choose from including courses on natural resource law, land use law, ocean and coastal law, climate law and policy, human rights and the environment, and administrative law. As the health of our environment increasingly becomes a top priority to governments, businesses, and individuals, law graduates with an emphasis in Environmental and Natural Resources Law are among the most sought-after by employers. Whether with private law firms, non-profit organizations, or in the governmental sector, an Oregon Law LL.M. in Environmental Law is a doorway to a rewarding career.

How to apply
Entry requirements for University of Oregon
Applicants to the Oregon LL.M. program must have earned a J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school or hold a law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) from a non-U.S. program of legal education. Those who are pursuing a concurrent-degree LL.M. may be eligible to apply to the Oregon LL.M. program.
A TOEFL score of at least 600 on the paper test or 88 on the Internet-based test is ordinarily required. If an applicant takes the IELTS, a score of 7.0 is ordinarily required. Test results cannot be older than two years (24 months) from the testing date.
