Corporate externship summer program, a 150-hour immersion experience in the work and environment of a corporate legal department. Opportunity to participate in special business-law speaker series through the Corporate Institute Required courses: business associations/corporations or corporations course, accounting-related course, and two additional courses from a field of seven. 　　Business Law LL.M. applicants only: a one-page essay (in addition to your personal statement) explaining your business/corporate law background, and stating concisely your goals in the field of business law.
