About the course

The Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering degree is intended to extend and broaden the undergraduate preparation. It can be considered as a terminal degree or as preparation for the Ph.D. program. A bachelor?s degree in mechanical engineering is needed for acceptance to the master?s program. Applicants with undergraduate degrees in other engineering disciplines may be required to take appropriate undergraduate courses before being formally admitted into the program. Entry requirements for Stevens Institute of Technology

　　We welcome applicants with a technological curiosity and a passion for problem solving. The mechanical engineering master’s program is intended to extend and broaden an undergraduate engineering preparation. It can be considered as a terminal degree or as preparation for a Ph.D. program. You can apply with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field. Applicants with undergraduate degrees in other engineering disciplines may be required to take appropriate undergraduate courses before being formally admitted into the program.
