How to apply

Entry requirements for Swinburne University of Technology

The admission requirements for Graduate Certificate of Construction Management consist of:

　　A Bachelor qualification in one of the following allied fields: Engineering (Civil/ Construction), Building, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Real Estate, other cognate engineering/ technology disciplines assessed to be appropriate, or

　　A minimum of a Diploma qualification in any of the above allied fields, plus significant, relevant industry experience* (minimum of 3 years), or

　　A qualification deemed to be equivalent (in the opinion of the selection officer) to any of the above.

　　Swinburne’s English for Academic Purposes (EAP 5 Advanced level) with overall 70%, all skills 65%

　　minimum IELTS overall band of 6.5 (Academic Module) with no individual band below 6.0

　　TOEFL iBT (internet-based) minimum score of 79 with a reading band no less than 18 and writing band no less than 20

　　Pearson (PTE) minimum score of 58 (no communicative skills less than 50)

　　any other equivalent assessment of English language proficiency.
