About the course

Communication is a vital aspect of what it means to be human, and hearing is critical to communicating effectively. Audiologists, experts in the non-medical management of hearing disorders, play a key role in assisting those with hearing impairments to successfully engage with society.

  The Master of Clinical Audiology will provide you with the skills, knowledge and training you?ll need to practice as a qualified clinical audiologist. It will develop your skills in assessment strategies, rehabilitation and habilitation of the hearing impaired, as well as provide you with training in research design.

How to apply

Entry requirements for Macquarie University

Entry into most postgraduate degrees requires you to have successfully completed a bachelor degree or equivalent from a recognised institution. You may also need to have achieved a specific Weighted Average Mark (WAM) or undertaken work experience. Our admissions team will determine whether your qualifications and prior experience meet the entry requirements and is also likely to satisfy the Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirement for a Student Visa. AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification or recognised equivalent with a WAM of 65. Academic IELTS of 7.0 overall with minimum 7.0 in each band, or equivalent. TOEFL IBT: 100
