Graduates with a specialisation in Management Essentials will learn to combine knowledge and skills relating to essential areas of advanced management practice.

　　Graduates with a specialisation in Management Essentials will have a coherent body of knowledge of leadership, change management, organisational behaviour, entrepreneurship, innovation, and strategy, which will form the basis for independent lifelong learning.

　　Graduates with a specialisation in Management Essentials will have:

　　Evidence-based skills for best practice in the management of people and organisations, resulting from exploration of a range of organisational behaviour theories,

How to apply

Entry requirements for The Australian National University

Minimum 5 years work experience (including at least 3 years documented management experience), with one of the following qualifications/test:

　　Either:

　　A Bachelor degree or international equivalent with minimum GPA of 5.0/7.0.

　　Or:

　　An ANU Graduate Certificate of Management with minimum GPA of 5.0/7.0.

　　Or:

　　A minimum GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) score of 600 or higher.

　　Or:

　　A successfully completed Evidence-Based Management EdX MicroMasters, achieving at least 70% in the final capstone exam.

　　Academic IELTS - An overall score of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in each component of the test.

　　TOEFL PBT - A score of 570 with a TWE score of 4.5

　　TOEFL iBT - An overall score of 80, with a minimum of 20 in Reading and Writing and 18 in Speaking and Listening
