About the course

Architecture focuses on the relationship between people and their environments. Study architecture at AUT and gain an understanding of the critical, ethical, aesthetic, social cultural and technological components of architecture and the design of sustainable future environments.

　　The programme is professionally accredited by the New Zealand Registered Architects Board. You’ll develop a critical approach to architectural design, become familiar with architectural history and contemporary architecture practice, and learn to apply Te Aranga Māori design principles to your work. Entry requirements for Auckland University of Technology

Completed one of the following, or equivalent:

　　Bachelor’s degree with a B grade or higher in papers at a level 7 or equivalent

　　In exceptional circumstances an applicant who does not meet the requirements above, but who has an appropriate combination of academic and professional experience, may be considered for admission

　　IELTS (Academic) 6.5 overall with no band less than 6.0. TOEFL IBT - 90.
