A three-year undergraduate degree in Architecture with a weighted average mark (WAM) of at least 65% (University of Melbourne equivalent)
For students coming from a Property (or related) undergraduate degree:-
A three-year undergraduate degree in Property or a related discipline (e.g. construction or business) with a weighted average mark (WAM) of at least 65% (University of Melbourne equivalent)
