A - 21 honours degree in a relevant subject area or experience of the professional commercial or subsidised arts sector which may include but is not limited to

　　Freelance artistic facilitation or practice

　　Producing independent venueorganisation

　　Arts marketing or artsculture specific administration

　　Grant development and fundraising

　　IELTS - 7.0 overall, with a minimum of 6.5 in each element.
