Our Criminal Justice LLM examines theoretical, comparative, and international aspects of the criminal process using a contemporary, contextual approach. The programme offers modules which consider criminal justice issues through a variety of perspectives, including: human rights, equality and discrimination, liberal theory, and criminology.
