About the course
Juvenile and family law covers a broad range of practice areas, such as marriage, divorce, custody, visitation, family support, child abuse and neglect, delinquency, adoption, estate planning, education law, and elder law. The Juvenile and Family Law Program (JFLP) provides students with opportunities to acquire specialized knowledge in this field, develop relationships with, and foster collaboration between, students, academics, and practitioners, and engage in interdisciplinary work in the study and practice of the field. Entry requirements for University of Colorado - Boulder
While we don’t require any specific undergraduate major , Colorado Law requires, if you are admitted, that you have earned a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution prior to enrolling. Colorado Law does not require any particular pre-law curriculum or major. The Admissions Committee does take into consideration the rigor of the courses taken, and institution attended, so we encourage you to take course work that challenges you. Have at least a 2.75 (2.00=C) undergraduate grade point average. Proof of English proficiency - TOEFL: Ibt -100, TOEFL: Pbt – 600, IELTS: 7.0.
