About the course

The Graduate Diploma in Psychology is a pathway to further study for those who seek a psychology qualification in order to work towards a career in Psychology.

  The course will provide graduates of non-APAC accredited Bachelor degrees with a pathway to obtain the same Level 1 qualification as the Bachelor degree in Psychology in an accelerated time frame.

  Graduates of this course will be able to apply for further studies in psychology that may eventually lead to registration as a psychologist.

How to apply

Entry requirements for Australian Catholic University

To be eligible for admission to the course, an applicant must have completed, within the last five years, a Bachelor degree including: an accredited three year sequence in Psychology, with a GPA of at least 5.0 on the ACU seven point scale, and, credit level or above in a total of four second or third year Psychology units. Applicants must also comply with the Admission to Coursework Programs Policy and require an academic IELTS minimum overall score of 7.0 (with a minimum score of 7.0 in all bands), TOEFL ibt: 100
