About the course

The Graduate Certificate of Museum and Heritage Studies draws on our strong connections with Canberra’s leading cultural and collecting institutions to prepare you for an innovative career in this field. This program prepares you for a career in museum and heritage studies or gives you an opportunity to commence further study to progress your career.

　　This Graduate Certificate can be completed as a stand alone award, or as a pathway to further study in the Master of Museum and Heritage Studies.

How to apply

Entry requirements for The Australian National University

Applicants must present a Bachelor degree or international equivalent with a minimum GPA of 4.0/7.0. Or at least 10 years of work experience in an ANZSCO Skill Level 1 role

　　Academic IELTS - An overall score of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in each component of the test.

　　TOEFL PBT - A score of 570 with a TWE score of 4.5

　　TOEFL iBT - An overall score of 80, with a minimum of 20 in Reading and Writing and 18 in Speaking and Listening.
