All Official Transcripts. TOEFL IBT - 80. TOEFL PBT - 550. IELTS - 6.5. GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. All graduate applicants must hold an earned baccalaureate from a regionally accredited college or university or the recognized equivalent from an international institution.
