About the course
Florida Atlantic University offers a Ph.D. degree in Experimental Psychology. Graduate students in our program specialize in one of the following four research areas of psychology.
behavioral neuroscience
cognitive psychology and cognitive neuroscience
developmental psychology
social/personality psychology
The Ph.D. graduate program requires 80 semester hours of coursework beyond the bachelor's degree, in addition to a comprehensive examination and a completed dissertation research project. Entry requirements for Florida Atlantic University
Official transcripts from the Registrar of each college or university you have attended are to be sent to the Graduate College. 3.0 GPA (B average) or higher during the last 60 semester hours of undergraduate coursework. TOEFL is 500 (Paper-Based Test) and 61 (Internet Based Test). The minimum university requirement for IELTS is a band score of 6.0.
