About the course
The Diploma of Global Logistics and Maritime Management has been developed to provide students with contemporary business expertise for careers in management and administration in the maritime and logistics industries and related areas. This course also provides a pathway into the P2E Associate Degree of Global Logistics and Maritime Management and the P3E Bachelor of Global Logistics and Maritime Management. The Diploma of Global Logistics and Management aims to prepare students for their early careers in the maritime and logistics industries . The curriculum for the Diploma focuses on the application and communication of specialised knowledge and concepts in the global logistics and maritime management, and the development of analytical and problem-solving skills in the specific maritime and logistics contexts. Entry requirements for University of Tasmania (UTAS)
applicants who recently completed secondary education - Applicants are ranked by ATAR and offers made based on the number of places available. We anticipate that the lowest ATAR that will receive an offer for this course in 2021 will be 50.
applicants with higher education study
To be eligible for an offer, applicants must have:
Completed UTAS University Preparation Program or an equivalent enabling program offered by another Australian university, OR
Successfully completed one (12.5 credit points) undergraduate units of study.
IELTS (Academic) - 6.0 (no individual band less than 5.5)
TOEFL (iBT) - 72 (no skill below: Reading 10, Listening 9, Speaking 16, Writing 19)
