About the course
Learn invaluable business strategy skills and the latest food industry trends as you research, develop and design a new food product or service - pitching it, testing it and tweaking it to get it ready for market. You will be busy cooking, developing menus, styling food, learning how to photograph the food and creating a blog to showcase it all as you learn about customer engagement and marketing strategy. We’ll also each you about core management skills, duties and responsibilities in the food industry, including finance, operations, sales and marketing. The course includes a 20 week internship, where you’ll put your new business and management knowledge to the test in a commercial culinary business - making you highly employable or ready to go out on your own.
