About the course

Learn basic skills and knowledge in a range of activities and functions required in hospitality. Work would be undertaken in various hospitality settings, such as restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops. This program can be completed as part of a traineeship. This qualification reflects the role of individuals who use a defined and limited range of hospitality operational skills.
