About the course

Learn about tourism, consumer experience, operations and planning. Develop vital skills in marketing, leadership and project management. Take opportunities to study abroad, gain experience and study a language. On this course you’ll learn about managing tourism in the face of global issues – aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals to become a responsible leader of tomorrow. You’ll learn about managing the tourist experience, innovating in destination marketing, sustainable tourism, responsible planning, strategy and crisis management in tourism. This will be underpinned by core business and management modules in marketing, people management and finance to make you industry ready.

How to apply

Entry requirements for Sheffield Hallam University

Two GCE/VCE A level passes. High School Leaving Certificate, which is recognised as equivalent to A level standard. International Qualifications gained after 13 years of secondary/further education. International Baccalaureate Diploma - 28 points. IELTS - 6.0. TOEFL IBT - 79. UCAS points - 96. This must include at least 64 points from 2 A Levels or equivalent BTEC qualifications. CCC at A Level. MMM in BTEC Extended Diploma. A combination of qualifications, which may include AS levels, EPQ and general studies. GCSE - English language or literature at grade C or 4. Maths at grade D or 3. Access - an Access to HE Diploma with at least 45 credits at level 3 and 15 credits at level 2. At least 15 level 3 credits must be at merit grade or above, from a QAA-recognised Access to HE course, or an equivalent Access to HE certificate.
