About the course

This programme is offered by the Edinburgh School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture (ESALA).

　　It is carefully structured to give you a wider understanding of architecture as part of culture and society.

　　Your studies will include contemporary conversations taking place not only in architecture but also in:

　　The BA and MA (Hons) Architecture programmes both offer routes into the architecture profession.

How to apply

Entry requirements for University of Edinburgh

The standard entry requirement is:

　　SQA Highers: AAAA - ABBB by end of S5. If you haven't achieved this by the end of S5 we may consider your application based on a strong performance in S6. A minimum of BBB must be achieved in one year of S4-S6. (Revised 18/10/2019 from 'AAAA - AABB'.)

　　A Levels: AAA - ABB. (Revised 21/06/2019 from 'A*AA - ABB'.)

　　IB: 39 points (grades 666 at HL) - 34 points (grades 655 at HL). (Revised 21/06/2019 from '40 (766 at HL) - 34 (655 at HL)'.)

　　IELTS Academic module overall 6.5 with 5.5 in each component
