About the course
The University of Montana?s Wildlife Biology Program provides students with an extensive knowledge of ecology, population biology, wildlife biology and critical thinking and quantitative skills. Our students become leaders, bringing science to the dynamic management of wildlife and fish populations and their habitat, communities, and ecosystems. The Wildlife Biology Program is a joint program with the W.A. Franke College of Forestry and Conservation, Division of Biological Sciences, and the Montana Cooperative Wildlife Research Unit. We are ranked #1 in the U.S. and Canada for the quality and productivity of faculty research.The Terrestrial Option provides students with a basic background in biological sciences during the first two years, with ecology, habitat, taxonomic, and conservation courses during the junior and senior years. Entry requirements for University of Montana
Submit official transcripts, academic records, diplomas, national examination results, certificates or degrees received from all secondary, post-secondary, university and/or professional schools. All academic records must be in the original language accompanied by an English translation. The applicant may make the translation themselves. TOEFL iBT - 70 or higher, TOEFL PBT - 525 or higher, IELTS - 6.0 or higher. To be eligible for admission, freshman students must have the equivalent of a 2.5 GPA.
