We offer programs of undergraduate study leading to the degrees of Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with four possible concentrations:
Applied Mathematics
Statistics
Teaching Mathematics (may include a blended option combining B.S. and Single Subject Credential)
Pure/Theoretical Mathematics
Students who complete this program will be prepared for a broad range of opportunities in business, government, and industries, as well as being prepared to undertake graduate study in mathematics, statistics, economics, and related disciplines. An international applicant who just completed high school must have a GPA of at least 3.0 (a ?B? or better where ?A? = 4.0) from a secondary school.
An international applicant who attended any post-secondary
institution must have a GPA of at least 2.4 (a ?C? or better where ?A? = 4.0) from a college or university with 60 semester (90 quarter) units completed.
