About the course

The BS curriculum requires two more upper-level mathematics electives than the Bachelor of Arts program and so offers greater immersion in the field. This is the recommended track for all students who can fit those additional courses into their program.

　　The BS is especially advantageous to those who want to pursue graduate study in mathematics or ly related fields. Review the course requirements and talk with a mathematics advisor for ways to make completing the BS as a double-major feasible.

How to apply

Entry requirements for George Washington University

GW requires applicants to have a minimum score of 90 on the TOEFL, a 6.5 on the IELTS

　　Submit a SAT critical reasoning score of 650 or higher

　　Submit a SAT evidence-based reading and writing of 650 or higher

　　Submit an ACT English score of 29 or higher

　　Applicants must submit official transcript copies representative of their entire secondary school career. We consider secondary school to be four years of academic study including the current year in progress. Transcripts are required from each secondary school they have attended as well as marks from any national examinations.
