Both degree programs in Mathematics require Computer Science 101 and 102. Students may take additional mathematics electives, those who intend to go to graduate school are advised to obtain competence in a foreign language and to elect one or more 400-level mathematics courses.

By completing the BA or BS in Mathematics, students will:
have learned fundamental knowledge of Mathematics and be prepared to pursue graduate study or to work as professional mathematicians
