About the course
This concentration exposes students to the core concepts, essential tools, and key frameworks of marketing in the hospitality industry. In view of marketing’s inseparability from other areas of hospitality operations and management, courses prepare students to contribute to an organization’s marketing objectives as they learn how to formulate strategies that create and capture customer value. The concentration is appropriate for students planning a career in sales, brand management, integrated marketing communications, hospitality distribution, digital marketing, marketing research/consumer insights, and consulting. How to apply
Entry requirements for Boston University
Students who are applying during their last year of secondary school should clearly state the name of the certificate they expect to receive and when. They should send an official school transcript with the application and send the original or certified copies of the credentials listed below when available. Admissions may request additional credentials as needed.
TOEFL- Students who are most competitive for admission will have a composite score of at least 90-100 and minimum scores of 20 in each section.
A total/overall score of 7 or higher on IELTS will also satisfy BU’s English Language proficiency requirement for all programs.
