About the course
The Genetics and Evolution concentration is for students interested in genetics and evolutionary biology, including molecular genetics, population genetics, ecological genetics, and genomics. This concentration is a graduate prep program, and is for students interested in academia or research jobs in private or government laboratories. It is also an excellent concentration for students interested in a professional health program such as medical school or a genetic counseling graduate program. Entry requirements for University of Montana
Submit official transcripts, academic records, diplomas, national examination results, certificates or degrees received from all secondary, post-secondary, university and/or professional schools. All academic records must be in the original language accompanied by an English translation. The applicant may make the translation themselves. TOEFL iBT - 70 or higher, TOEFL PBT - 525 or higher, IELTS - 6.0 or higher. To be eligible for admission, freshman students must have the equivalent of a 2.5 GPA.
