About the course

The Gordon T. and Ellen West College of Education offers teacher certification for elementary, secondary, all-level teachers, and a B.A. and B.S. in Sport and Leisure Studies. Students who wish to become elementary teachers (Early Childhood - Grade 6, 4-8 Generalist, Grades 4-8) graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies (BSIS). Students who wish to become secondary teachers (Grades 7-12) or all-level teachers (Grades K-12) pursue a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Fine Arts, Bachelor of Music, or Bachelor of Business Administration with a major and/or minor in appropriate teaching fields. How to apply

Entry requirements for Midwestern State University

Applicants must submit a score of at least 550 on the paper-based TOEFL exam or a score of at least 213 on the computer-based exam or 79 on the Internet-based exam (iBT) to meet the university requirement for unconditional admission. IELTS Test score of 6.0 & 3.00 GPA.
