About the course

The Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry (B.S.B.) emphasizes chemistry and biology at the molecular level. It is well suited to students who anticipate graduate work in the biochemical or health sciences, or plan to pursue a professional degree program.

　　Students majoring in chemistry or biochemistry with an interest in a foreign language may choose to earn dual degrees through the International Engineering/Science and Language Program.

　　Students who complete the undergraduate program in chemistry or biochemistry will have developed a set of core skills which they use in approaching the fundamental concepts, including:

　　Conducting meaningful and successful experiments,

　　Communicating results,

　　Thinking critically,

　　Acting ethically, and

How to apply

Entry requirements for University of Tulsa

Original or certified copies of all secondary/high school transcripts. Students who have attended another college or university must submit all relevant post-secondary transcript, Personal interview strongly recommended, SAT or ACT results for students 25 years and younger (writing component not required) , IELTS 6.0 overall or higher with subscores of 6.0 in Reading, Listening and Speaking, and 5.5 in Writing, TOEFL iBT 70 or higher with certain minimum sub-scores ranging from 15-18, Paper-based TOEFL 525 or above with a minimum of 50 on all sub-scores (only a TU institutional TOEFL score will be accepted)
