About the course

The BS in Applied Mathematics combines the rigor of a BS degree with an emphasis on topics in applied mathematics. It also prepares students for graduate study in Applied Mathematics and is appropriate for students interested in interdisciplinary graduate training in the sciences and engineering. The Department offers many options for students interested in mathematics. Any students considering a math or computing major or minor are urged to read the program descriptions and to contact the Director of Undergraduate Studies to arrange a meeting to discuss possible programs of study.
