About the course
The Classical Guitar program at the Frost School of Music is the second oldest continuing guitar program in the country. It was founded over forty years ago and continues to offer a well-balanced and flexible curriculum that can be tailor-made to meet specific musical and career goals, whether it be in performance, education, music engineering, music industry, music therapy, or other related fields in the music industry.

Entry requirements for University of Miami
If you have attended a secondary school outside of the United States, you must submit your official secondary school documents (transcripts, mark sheets, certificates, examination results, etc.) to Josef Silny & Associates, Inc. for a course-by-course evaluation and grade point average calculation that will be sent directly to us. Please note that we will only accept official evaluations directly from Josef Silny & Associates, Inc. Paper Based TOEFL (PBT): 550, Internet Based TOEFL (IBT): 80, IELTS (Academic): 6.5.
