About the course

The Department of Theatre Arts offers you a variety of degrees and emphasis areas to ensure that you receive specialized attention in the areas you desire. You will build skills-based resumes and portfolios that will propel you into professional jobs or advanced degrees. The Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance builds specific skills through acting styles, voice, and stage movement. Students choose from a range of courses, both introductory and advanced, from writing and dancing, to stage and screen. To further prepare for future employment or graduate school, all students are strongly encouraged to pursue practical experience through TH 490: Cooperative Education (Internship) and performance application courses, which allow students to put theory into practice as part of Central Theatre Ensemble's regular on-campus season. Entry requirements for Central Washington University

CWU requires an original, official transcript that shows a complete list of courses taken, grades received, and the number of credits awarded. The transcript should show the date of graduation (if you completed your studies) and any certificates, diplomas, or degrees received.
