About the course

Electronic Art courses specifically focus on experimental video/animation and the architecture and aesthetics of interactive art experiences. The technical skills you gain will be complemented through a study of electronic art history and the work of contemporary electronic artists. In the introductory courses, you will have the opportunity to explore hardware, software, code, video, and animation. In the advanced courses, you will drive your own research of experimental video and interactive media. Students have investigated live stream performances, sound art and design, video for projection into the Dome theater as well as game design as artwork, user experience and user architecture, and Virtual and Augmented Realities. Entry requirements for Colorado State University - INTO USA

High school diploma, minimum GPA 3.0

　　An official college transcript reflecting courses completed during high school is not required for the admission decision unless you’ve used full-time college enrollment as your high school curriculum (such as early college enrollment or a community college for homeschooling).

　　A personal statement is required from all freshman applicants.
