About the course

Business Law will teach you how to approach legal issues and disputes to run your own business or make a real difference in not-for-profit organisations, government agencies or any sized business in Australia. Every business and industry is affected by the law - and this course could open up a world of opportunities for you. Develop the management, business skills and legal knowledge needed to conduct day-to-day business. Identify when you need to seek legal advice and examine the important areas of finance, advertising and employment law. You'll graduate knowing your rights as an employer and employee and will have the knowledge to set up and register your own business. You'll explore the laws around consumer and employee protection, product disclosure, business reporting, compliance and many other areas of business. How to apply

Entry requirements for Murdoch University

Overseas Year 12.

　　Western Australian Universities Foundation Program (WAUFP) - CPS of 54 or higher

　　GCE A Level - Minimum of 6 points from the best 2 or 3 subjects where A*=6, A=5, B=4, C=3, D=2, E=1 (AS Levels are equivalent to half points e.g. A=2.5, B=2 etc.) or higher.

　　International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma - Total score of 24 or higher

　　Global Assessment Certificate (GAC) - Successful completion of the GAC with a minimum overall GPA of 2.6

　　IELTS - 6.0 Overall, 6.0 Reading, 6.0 Writing, 6.0 Speaking, 6.0 Listening

　　TOEFL IBT - 73 Overall
