About the course

Boost your chances of getting into graduate school with the Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Psychology (Honours) at CapU.

　　If you've dreamed of a career as a clinical or counselling psychologist, behavioural scientist, or research psychologist, this is the place to start.

　　As part of the program, you will complete a thesis that will allow you to develop and carry out a range of independent research projects in your field of interest.

　　After completing your Honours degree, you'll be ready to join the workforce or start graduate studies in psychology.

Entry requirements for Capilano University

Students must submit official high school and university or college transcripts for admission.We will accept photocopies of transcripts if certified by the authorizing high school, university, or college officer. Notarized copies are not acceptable.An academic document is original if issued to the student by the institution following that institution?s policies. Notarized copies are not acceptable.

　　B.C. secondary school (Grade 12) or equivalent (B.C. Adult Dogwood Graduation Diploma or General Education Diploma). International students: See International Secondary School Equivalencies (pdf).

　　A minimum grade point average of 2.0 (60%) calculated on English Studies 12 or English 12 or English First Peoples 12 and two academic Grade 12 courses.
