About the course

The Bachelor of Applied Arts & Sciences (BAAS) program at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi builds on the knowledge and skills that students with formal training in a vocational-technical studies area have acquired. Students may choose from 8 different tracks to obtain the degree. Each track is designed to meet a workforce need and is comprised of interdisciplinary course requirements. The following tracks are available: Applied Leadership, Childhood Development/Early Childhood, Community and Mental Health, Criminal Justice, Environmental and Occupational Safety/Emergency Response, Information Technology, Legal Studies, Technical Communication. The Bachelor of Applied Arts & Science (BAAS) program at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi is designed to build on the knowledge and skills that students have gained through vocational and/or technical studies at an accredited institution. Within this program, you?ll gain a broad understanding of concepts and practices within community-accepted standards relevant to each track. How to apply

Entry requirements for Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi - International Study Center (StudyGroup)

A minimum score of 550 on the TOEFL paper examination, 79-80 on the TOEFL internet examination, or a 6.5 or higher on the IELTS examination is required for admission to the University. Transcripts: The University requires all transcripts from international high schools, colleges and universities to be evaluated by a certified evaluation agency approved by the Executive Director of Recruitment and Admissions.
