About the course

Our Tourism and Travel Management (including foundation year) BA (Hons) degree is a four-year course with a built-in foundation year (Year 0).

　　It provides a gateway to a career in one of the world’s biggest service sectors and is the perfect start to your university education if you don’t meet the entry requirements to start our standard three-year degree programme. The degree will offer you links with tourism businesses and public organisations through membership of the Tourism Management Institute.

　　Our Tourism and Travel Management (including foundation year) BA (Hons) degree is ideal if you’re looking to enter a managerial career in the tourism and travel industry.

　　During your foundation degree you will learn key business skills and increase your academic confidence. You’ll share this introductory year with students studying some of our other business-related degrees, allowing you to share perspectives and gain a broad knowledge of business and management. How to apply

Entry requirements for London Metropolitan University

at least one A level (or a minimum of 32 UCAS points from an equivalent Level 3 qualification, eg BTEC Subsidiary/National/BTEC Extended Diploma)
