Entry requirements for The University of Northampton

A typical offer would be in the region of:

  BBC at A-Level or,

  DDM at BTEC or,

  M at T Level

  We welcome applications from a range of non-traditional education or professional qualifications.

  Integrated Foundation Year (IFY) Entry Requirements

  Admission to this foundation programme is normally:

  DEE at A-Level or,

  MPP at BTEC,

  Pass (D or E) at T Level

  However, we would also like to hear from you if you have professional or industry experience instead, a range of other qualifications or self-developed subject knowledge that relates to the programme you wish to study.

  IELTS - 6.0 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each band (or equivalent)

  TOEFL (iBT) - 70 overall (minimum score: Listening – 17, Reading – 18, Writing – 17, Speaking- 20)
