About the course

The Music Business Program at San Antonio College provides students with both an overview of the various aspects of the music industry and real-world, hands-on learning. Graduates of the SAC MUSB program are employed by concert venues, touring companies, talent management companies, recording studios, music festivals, and other media outlets that provide live musical performances to a private or public audience. Others have turned their new skills into a vibrant new Do-It-Yourself startup that promotes and manages music and entertainment talent. All instructors actually work in the industry and bring to the classroom a wealth of expertise from their respective fields. This unique learning environment prepares students for careers in the technical side of the industry or the business side.
