About Environmental Studies

The importance of Environmental Science has never been higher. With climate change posing serious threats to our future, there is an urgent need to finding new solutions to limiting carbon footprint, hazardous emissions, and waste disposal that adversely impact the environment. Environmental studies are aimed at addressing these issues, plus address a wide range of other challenges including pollution and deforestation. The study is divided into five primary areas: Atmospheric sciences, ecology, environmental chemistry, geosciences, and social sciences.

Is Environmental Studies right for me?
